We are your pet's home away from home
Q: Do I need reservations?
A: You must have reservations for
all animals. (Please call as soon as you know your plans. We have been in
business for over 24 years and we book up fast due to our wonderful care.
Q: What
does Royaile Kennel offer that other kennels don't?
A:
We offer a safe and secure facility with staff living on the
premises,
on
call
veterinarian,
flat rates for all pets no matter the size or care the
animal may need,
beautiful country setting, no charges for: Bath's
administering of any medications, exercise sessions, care for special
dietary needs, open wildlife views from all areas of our facility. We
never intermix animals unless they are from the same household so that we
never have the chance of your pet getting hurt due to other animals not
getting along.
We offer cement, not dirt runs to sanitize properly.
And above all we offer tender loving care from every staff
member that gives your loved pet lots of individual attention.
Q:
Is food included?
A: We
provide a lamb and rice meal for all our campers, (however we try to tell
our clients to keep their pets on the same meals that they are at home so
as not to suffer any dietary change. The closer that we stay to the way
you do things at home the more comfortable your pet will be when they are
visiting with us.
Q:
What should I bring?
A: We ask that you make your
pet as comfortable as possible. Most kennels do not like you to bring
comforts from home for your pet due to the fact that it is a hardship for
the staff. However we feel that special toys, treats, beds, an old t-shirt
that smells like you is going to make their stay one to remember with
comforts from home and smells that they are accustomed to. We cater to
your pet, not to make our job easier! We do not need bowls, water dishes,
or leashes.
Q: What if my pet is on
medications?
A: Our knowledgeable staff is
fully equip to handle any medications your pets may require.
Q: I have heard bad stories
about kennels. What would make me think that I should trust your kennel
with my valued pet?
A: Like any business there are
good ones and and bad ones. In our 24 plus years we have taken great time
to build a safe, loving home like environment. In all of our years in business
all of our campers have received the same high level of attention and care
as the first day we opened our doors. We take great pride in making your
family member an addition to our own family here at Royaile Kennel. We are
also recommended highly by several vets here in town, this shows our
upstanding integrity and love for all animals.
Q: What about fleas
and ticks?
A: We spray regularly and
check all pets upon check in. If any pet is found with any critters they
are immediately dipped prior to entering our top rate
facility.
Q:
Can my pet Escape from the kennel?
A:
We have a security area in front of each individual
run, so if they were to ever get out of their own individual run they are
still enclosed in a secondary area. The probability is extremely small. In
our 24 plus years we have never had a dog escape.
Q: What shots do my pets
need?
A: Dogs: PDHLPP,
Rabies, Bordatella and Cats: FVRCP,
Rabies, Leukemia
We specialize in tender loving
care.
